How to play: Okay so you have to roll a dice and for example if you roll the number one, look at the list it will say an excercise and then you do it and then you keep on doing it. It will also help your body. If you get number 1 then do a sit up. If you get number 2 then do 2 push ups. If you get number 3 then do 3 burpees If you get number 4 then do 4 jumping jacks If you get number 5 then do 5 planks If you get number 6 then do 6 ski jumps!!! okay yay!!! if you got all numbers your body is flowing!! and if you feel tired then drink some water and eat a healthy snack!!! always good for your body😊
